I'm Shane. I was born and raised in the Okanagan, and I help owners here rent out their homes without it turning into a second job.

I've held a BC real estate licence for four years, and I work in property management every day at Century 21 Amos Realty in Penticton: tenancy agreements, inspections, rent increases, and Residential Tenancy Branch files.

Now I'm building my own list of properties to look after. I keep it small on purpose, so every owner has a direct line to me and every tenant knows who to call.

Outside of work I build software, including the system behind this website, which keeps every property's records, documents and tenancy history organised in one place.
