How do I apply?
Open the listing and choose “Apply online”. It takes about 10 minutes, there's no fee, and partners or roommates can be added to the same application.
Can I see a place before applying?
Showings are booked after you apply. It's a safety measure: an application with photo ID means I know who I'm meeting and there's paperwork on file. Applying is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
Do you allow pets?
It depends on the home and the owner. Each listing says what's allowed.
